With over 20 years’ experience in the industrial sector, I pride myself on building long standing client relationships and making sure that I fully understand my clients’ requirements, enabling me to find the right candidate that match their needs.
EL Recruitment was set up after I was made redundant from a high-street agency that I had dedicated 11 years to the industrial sector. As this is now my own business, you know that I will look after your requirements every step of the way.
My passion
My passion still runs very high in making clients recruitment process as easy as possible, I am an old school recruiter where honesty is paramount.
I thrive on giving my expert advice on client’s recruitment process and I am not shy of advising if I do not feel something is right for their business (even at the cost to myself).
